Almost completely transparent beer, light golden in color with a white, dense foam, moderately persistent and forming adhesions.
Aromatic profile of great complexity with mixed aromas of grass, leaves, fatty plants, resin, lemon, grapefruit. The texture is very creamy, the body is well round and the effervescence is discreet.
In the mouth, hops predominate with a bitterness that begins moderately and increases until it ends in a remarkable intensity.
