Variety: 100% Petit manseng.
Winemaking: Short maceration of the pulp during 48 hours at low temperature. Subsequently maceration and homogenization of the juice with the solid parts at low temperature for 48-72 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature (15ºC-16ºC). Aged for 24 months in a glass tank.
Tasting notes: Notes of nuts and aromas of pastry, toasted almonds and wild vegetable background.
Elaborated by Vins de Taller in Siurana d'Empordà (Alt Empordà).
