This honey can crystallize, becoming thick. This is a guarantee of quality. In a water bath, without going over 40º so that it does not lose its properties, it returns to its original liquid state.
Known for its soothing effects, indicated for colds. Considered an antiseptic for the respiratory and urinary tract.
