The acacia is the predominant flower. Extra light amber color, basically floral aroma, light and delicate, in the mouth it stands out above all its sweetness, very persistent.

This honey can crystallize, becoming thick. This is a guarantee of quality. In a water bath, without going over 40º so that it does not lose its properties, it returns to its original liquid state.

Little or very slow crystallization, due to its high fructose content.

Sedative properties and laxative effects are attributed to it. The only honey recommended for diabetics, in small quantities.
