White color, floral, intense and penetrating aroma that recalls its origin, the llimonero flower, in the mouth it is a very fine and persistent honey, with acid notes.
This honey can crystallize, becoming thick. This is a guarantee of quality. In a water bath, without going over 40º so that it does not lose its properties, it returns to its original liquid state.
It is attributed sedative properties, effective against insomnia and remineralizing of bones and nails.
