This first-class olive oil is a blend of the Argudell (80%) and Picual (20%) varieties, olive varieties produced in the Albera area (Girona, Alt Empordà). It is obtained exclusively by mechanical procedures and its extraction is cold, never higher than 25 °.
This oil is recommended for both raw and cooked consumption.
Elaborated by Or de l'Albera in Agullana (Alt Empordà).
