Extra virgin olive oil, obtained cold, has a very fruity flavor, with green notes of chlorophyll. In the mouth a bitter and spicy touch predominates.

Clos de la Torre extra virgin olive oil is a unique, fruity and balanced oil, made exclusively with olives produced on the same farm, rigorously selected at their optimum point of ripeness, thus preserving the greatest wealth of aromas and flavors.

The varieties they have chosen to make Clos de la Torre extra virgin olive oil are argudell, picual and frantoio, which, grown in this place in the Empordà, bear fruit with magical aromas.
