Thanks to its amount of starch, it is ideal for cooking all kinds of rice in a casserole and also boiled rice. It absorbs broth or juice very well during cooking, and once cooked it retains its texture a lot.

The cooking time ranges from approximately 15 to 17 minutes.

The secret of their rice is found in the rice fields, since they daily control the growth and development of the plant to seek the highest quality and the best performance.
