The oil of the Argudell variety has a clean and transparent presence. Its aroma and taste are reminiscent of the presence of plants such as fennel, almonds and anise. In addition, this variety is very pleasant on the palate and has a fruity touch with sensations of almonds, artichokes and walnuts.
