Oil with good balance in the mouth between spicy and bitter sweet. Rich in both green and ripe secondary aromas with a very almondy final sensation. Its careful elaboration goes through an absolute rest in vat which makes it take on a resplendent color. Numbered production of a maximum of 2000 bottles per year.
