Cava Brut Nature Reserva
Variety: Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Winemaking: Champenoise method with aging on the vine for a minimum of 36 months.
Tasting notes: Sparkling white wine. Creamy cava, with aging notes, but with a fine carbonic and lively acidity that refreshes the palate. Aromas of ripe fruit, apple, quince, toast and a subtle touch of anise.
Food maching: Suquets, fish, white meat and foie.
