Cava Brot verd
Variety: Pinot Noir and Trepat.
Winemaking: Light maceration with the Champenoise method with aging on the vine for a minimum of 15 months.
Tasting notes: Bright pink color with red reflections. Fresh, elegant and slightly vinous aroma. Balanced cava with integrated acidity.
Food maching: Italian cuisine, sausages, meat and fruit salads.
