Hot sauce mae with fresh tomatoes of local varieties and extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients: Tomato, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, vinegar and black pepper. All products are organically produced. May contain traces of gluten, nuts (almond) and sulphites.
The fruits and vegetables are peeled by hand and the final product is packed by people from disadvantaged groups, at risk of social exclusion or with functional diversity
