Ingredients: organic tomatoes, organic extra virgin olive oil, water, organic roasted almonds, organic ñoras, ground cayenne pepper, organic garlic, salt, organic black wine.

The typical Catalan sauce is the star of dishes made with calçots. It can be eaten with any type of grilled vegetables, salads, pasta, meat and fish.

Those fruits and vegetables are peeled by hand and the final product is packed by people from disadvantaged groups, at risk of social exclusion or with functional diversity.
