Variety: Black grenache and Merlot.

Winemaking: Manual and separate harvest of the different varieties. Film maceration. Once bled, the flower must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16ºC.

Tasting notes: Beautiful cherry red. The nose is frank, clean, with aromas of raspberries and red fruits. Wide and refreshing taste in the mouth, intensifying the fruity character through the retronasal. It stands out for its good structure as well as its remarkable persistence and pleasant overall feel.
