Variety: Merlot and red licker.
Winemaking: Brief maceration of the film at low temperature before light pressing. Subsequently daily maceration and homogenization of the must with the solid parts (pulp) at low temperature for 48-72 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (15ºC-16ºC).
Tasting notes: Pale pink color. Fresh and light with aromas of red fruits (currant and strawberry), green apple and a floral touch. Persistent in the mouth.
Food maching: Rice, white meats, prawns, seafood and vegetables.
