Variety: Muscat of Alexandria.
Winemaking: Brief film maceration at low temperature before light pressing. Subsequently daily maceration and homogenization of the must with all the solid parts at low temperature for 48-72 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature unitl the middle of the process where we stop the fermentation with the addition of a merlot frame. Aged in barrels for 3 months.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow. Dry still aroma with citrus tones. Slightly distilled.
