Winemaking: Each variety has been vinified separately. Skidding and cold pre-fermentation for 2 days at low temperature. Maceration and fermentation for 10 days in stainless steel.
Tasting notes: Powerful, intense red color. With notes of black fruit, vanilla and dark chocolate. Elegant and fine in the mouth. It is a structured, round and complex wine.
