Variety: 100% Malbec.
Winemaking: Prefermentative cold maceration, and fermentation at controlled temperature (22ºC – 23ºC). Maceration for 15 days and then bleeding from the tank to obtain the best quality wine. Aged for 3 months in second and third year oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Young wine with aromas of berries such as blueberries and blackberries and hints of undergrowth. It is smooth and with a long and pleasant aftertaste.
Food maching: Cured cheeses, rice and acorn-fed ham.
