Variety: Merlot, Marselan and Malbec.
Winemaking: Pre-fermentation cold maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (23ºC-24ºC) with daily pump-overs and pigeages during the first stages of fermentation. After a maceration of about 21 days, aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. Without clarifying or filtering.
Tasting notes: Cherry color with violet reflections. Notes of berries, cocoa, spices with a balsamic touch. On the palate, broad, structured, with a sensation of minerality typical of the territory. Long and silky aftertaste.
