Winemaking: The maceration of the grapes is carried out during the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20ºC for 15 days. Aged for 4 months in oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Young purple wine with violet reflections. Aromas of black fruit with a spicy touch. In the mouth it is wide, silky and persistent.
