Winemaking: 6 months in used French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Complex and intense. Deeply fruity, with a predominance of very ripe red fruits. In addition to wild fruits, balsamic aromas of pine and Mediterranean herbs are easily detectable, which give it freshness, toasts, vanilla, cinnamon, anise, pepper and a defined mineral touch.

On the palate it is powerful, structured, persistent and elegant, although with a certain finesse. It is fresh and expressive, with a full-bodied attack where ripe fruit is appreciated.
