Variety: 100% Merlot.
Winemaking: Pre-fermentation cold maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (23ºC-24ºC) with daily pump-overs and pigeages during the first stages of fermentation. After a maceration of about 15 days, the deposit is bled to obtain the highest quality wine. Aged for 3 months in second and third year French oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Cherry color with a violet rim. Notes of liquorice, vanilla and toast. In the mouth it is round and balanced. Long with a vanilla finish.
