Variety: 100% Merlot.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested grapes at their optimum ripening time. Brief prefermentative cold maceration for 48-72 hours and fermentation at controlled temperature (22ºC-23ºC) with daily ups and downs during the first stages of fermentation. Afterwards, maceration for about 15 days.
Tasting notes: Cherry color with violet reflections, bright. Intense aromas of red fruits with a subtle background of spices. Young, fresh and alive wine. In the mouth, wide and round and with a pleasant aftertaste.
