Winemaking: Plot vinification. Selection and destemming, gravity incubation, daily toll extraction, three-week short maceration, 5-month aging in stainless steel tanks, cold stabilization, no filtration before bottling.

Tasting notes: purple with bright tones and violet reflections. It is a fresh and intense wine, reminiscent of fruits such as currant or cherry. With spicy notes and very sweet. On the palate, it is an elegant, energetic wine with young tannins.
