Winemaking: Skidding and cold pre-fermentation for 2 days at low temperature. Maceration and fermentation for 10 days in stainless steel.
Tasting notes: Powerful, intense red color. Complex with notes of stewed black fruit and small hints of vanilla. In the mouth it is structured and round, with hints of black fruit.
