Variety: 100% Petit manseng.

Winemaking: Elaboration with brief maceration for 48 hours at low temperature of the pulp. Subsequently maceration and homogenization of the must with the solid parts at low temperature for 48-72 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15ºC-16ºC.

Tasting notes: Intense yellow color. Aromatic and sweet, soft with sour notes.

Elaborated by Vins de Taller in Siurana d'Empordà (Alt Empordà).

Ecological and biodynamic wine.
