Variety: Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Moscat, Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc.
Winemaking: Manual harvest. Cold film maceration, always separate from the different varieties. The must obtained ferments at a controlled temperature of 15-16ºC.
Tasting notes: Bright pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense fruity and elegant aroma with refreshing balsamic nuances. With its good body-acidity balance, in the mouth it is lively, soft and with a fresh and long aftertaste.
