Variety: White Grenache and Malvasia.

Winemaking: Selection of grapes in the vineyard. Skidding and maceration for 24 hours. Cold fermentation for 12 days and then 3 months with its lees removed without clarifying, filtering or stabilizing.

Tasting notes: Powerful and vivid green color, of great complexity. It is a spicy wine, with aroma of flowers and white fruits. With very lively acidity and well integrated. Bulky and long in the mouth.
