Winemaking: Fermentation and aging for 2 months in stainless steel tanks on lees with continuous beating. Cold maceration for 3 hours. Wine clarified and filtered.
Tasting notes: Very fresh wine with structure, volume and complexity. The nose is intense and very fruity. Aromas of white flowers and herbal notes appear. In the mouth it has a soft entry with light bitter touches. The ending is long and kind.
